All purchases made at Tuentas Gemstone and Jewelry Barista are final and binding. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items, so we strongly encourage you to carefully review your selection before completing your purchase.

Exceptions to this policy apply only in cases where the purchased gemstones are proven not to be natural. In such rare instances, please contact us immediately with supporting documentation for review.

By purchasing from us, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure your satisfaction with the product before completing your transaction.

Orders for ready-made products may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Custom orders can only be canceled within 10 hours of placing the order. A 20% cancellation fee will be applied to cover design and material costs.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the specified time frames.
